Ingredients:
- 1 Flatbread
- 2 tbsp Goat Cheese
- 4 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Arugula
Tools:
- 1 sheet pan
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle it with Italian seasoning
- Top the flatbread with goat cheese, mozzarella slices, and drizzle the honey on top.
- Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes
- Once baked, remove it from the oven and finish by adding arugula and drizzling balsamic vinegar over the top
- Enjoy!
