Goat cheese & Arugula Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 Flatbread
  • 2 tbsp Goat Cheese
  • 4 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Arugula

Tools:

  • 1 sheet pan
  • Parchment paper

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle it with Italian seasoning
  • Top the flatbread with goat cheese, mozzarella slices, and drizzle the honey on top.
  • Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes
  • Once baked, remove it from the oven and finish by adding arugula and drizzling balsamic vinegar over the top
  • Enjoy!
